Shukria Dualeh first joined TNO's Trades Connect Program as an Outreach and Case Worker in hopes of assisting newcomers and youth gain employability skills, meaningful employment and navigating the Canadian System. She has since taken on the Co-ordinator role and will be supporting in connecting you and the program to opportunities, mentors, and resources. If you are an employer or service provider, she is the person to contact.

Bushra Dorya
Bushra Dorya has worked at TNO for over 6 years, starting as a Youth Specialist, and later joining the Food Collaborative as the Food Bank Lead. She has completed her Bachelors in Social Work, and has brought her passion for community work, multi-department knowledge, strong research, communication, advocacy, and case management skills to the team - to name just a few! Since January of 2022, Bushra started her new role as an Outreach and Case Worker with Trades Connect where she supports clients on their journey to finding meaningful employment in Trades. But what makes Bushra outstanding isn't her internal growth within TNO, but how passionate she is surrounding the success and wellbeing of her community. She will be providing you with wrap-around supports. This means that if you are struggling with finding resources, or are having issues that are impacting your continuation in the course, she will be there to help you.
The Outreach & Case Worker
Manigha Satari
Manigha Satari was previously a Community Resource Worker & Facilitator at TNO in 2017 and recently returned in 2022 as one of the two Outreach/Case Workers with Trades Connect at TNO. Manigha completed a Bachelors in Human Rights and Equity Studies at York University, and has brought her knowledge of community resources, program work, creativity, and problem solving to this role. Being raised in Flemingdon Park - a very diverse neighbourhood, has allowed her to comprehend issues deserving attention and solution in a more sensitive, equitable, and professional way. Her enthusiasm and determination is revealed in her day to day tasks and connections she’s established with staff, members of the community and agencies. Ultimately, TNO’s willingness towards helping individuals in need is a perfect match with her dedication and passion to serve and so if you find yourself searching for resources, feel free to contact her as she will be there to help.
